Beginnings
Like many success stories, Smith’s Laminating started with humble beginnings. In 1982 Mitchell Smith began working out of a garage building custom countertops and cabinetry. It didn't take long for word to spread about the quality of Mitchell’s work. By creating hand drawn and computer rendered design work, in addition to working closely with clients and offering competitive estimates, new offers began pouring in.
Present
Today, Smith’s Laminating is one of the largest casework manufacturers in the state, serving 100s of clients yearly with both residential and commercial needs. Smith’s has grown through three facilities from Fern Valley Rd, to the Space Center at National Turnpike, to its current facility in Mt Washington – a behemoth 30,000sq ft facility complete with a ‘state-of-the-art’ C.N.C router.

Smiths Laminating looks to the future excited about continued growth and opportunity, but grounded in the principles and hard work that made it the company it is today.
